Campsite by the beach
Ogna camping is a year-round campsite right by Norway's longest and prettiest sand beach. There are great conditions for bathing, enjoying the beach and taking walks. There are also great opportunities for surfing and windsurfing.
Caravan, camper, or cabin?
We have 130 camping pitches for caravans, campers, and tents, in addition to 12 cabins for rent. At the entrance of the campsite there is a kiosk and reception. The Sanitary facilities include toilets, showers, handicap bathrooms, a baby care room, a kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
Ogna and Brusand
Ogna is in Hå municipality, where the flat nature of Jæren ends and the hills begin. There is a stunning contrast between sea, beaches, plains, and mountain. Experience nature just a short way from the campsite. Brusand beach is the closest neighboring beach and stretches over three kilometers.
Ogna camping is a great base for shorter or longer excursions on foot, with a bike, by train or car.
Recommendations include the Jær beaches, Kongeveien (The Royal Road), Pulpit rock, Steinkjerringa, Høg-Jæren, the Lysefjord and Ruggesteinen.
North of Ogna lies Stavanger, a city that offers shopping, museums av some of Norway’s best restaurants. To the south lies Egersund, known for its wooden houses, niche boutiques and cozy café’s.
